  Do yourself a favor and read reviews on this property because it is true. The staff is awful, rude and do not care how they treat you once you sign that lease it's like Mr. Jackel and Ms. Hyde awful people. If there is maintenance needed on your apartment be prepared to wait a month maybe more they do not do a good job the paint job is horrible they do not care. When your lease is up be prepared for them to try and get you to pay for repairs you did not create. I will not let these evil people get away with such horrible treatment very unprofessional staff it's a shame I ever moved there. They keep claiming they would fix problems I had to call over to the office for blinds, it took three weeks to get blinds. Why did it take three weeks for them to fix a toilet that runs when I pay the water bill And you are going to hear your neighbors full conversations it's okay because one thing for sure they will not continue running a scam on people forever.

  The townhouse is nice and spacious. The lack of consideration from the neighbors and staff is horrible. Before I moved in I asked for a place on the end or between elders because I don't like noise. The woman in the office said she had a perfect place for me. Like I said the townhouse is nice but the walls are super thin you can hear EVERYTHING!!! The day after I completely moved in (April 5th, 2017)i had to file a noise complaint. Now today (April 20th,2017) I'm calling in again to file another complaint. Now back to the townhouse its self once you move in you're given this paper that list everything in the house and you do a walk through marking what is damaged so that they can fix it. I listed my shower tile was stained,the vertical blinds in the kitchen and living room are stained and the floor tile was cracked. As of today NOTHING has been fixed. The day I moved in I had to pull my truck closer to my door to make my move easier. My truck left marks in the grass. I got a call from the manager stating I'll be charged 250 dollars for repairs. I called back asking to speak with her regarding the fee because simply that's bullcrap! How dare they charge me for grass that is covered in animal feces, cigarette butts, black tips and has to be walked through because there's only one walk way to get to your door which Is blocked by the neighbors car. Upon moving in I wasn't made aware that I needed to purchase a garbage can to sit outside of my place for the trash removal to pick up, I figured that out by scoping out my surroundings. Now clearly I just moved in so I have a lot of trash and boxes. They have yet to pick up the boxes that have been sitting outside since I moved in. Oh remember when I said I asked for a place on the end? I'm literally 30 ft away from a vacancy on the end. I probably should've mentioned all of this in the beginning when you're approved they ask for a holding fee within the next 24 hours. After the 24 hours you lose your holding fee. Which was okay with me because I made up my mind I wanted to live here(so I thought). Before moving in you have to activate your water,gas and electricity. The water has to be down in person. Now I had no idea park forest water was bad. I was listening to someone complain about it while in the line to pay their water bill. Apparently you can bathe ,cook and clean with it but can't drink it. Like I said the townhouse is nice but I honestly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know. perfect place if you have a section 8 voucher. I honestly believe this place is over priced and not worth it. I definitely will not renew my lease! As of today June 9th,2017 nothing has changed. As of today July 24th,2017 nothing has changed. I just walked out of the office biting my tongue and clinching my fist in effort to calm myself down. Since my initial move in I haven’t been able to get a hold of the property manager, well I caught her today. I’ve never met someone as standoffish and ignorant,I literally had to just say okay and walk out because I was so angry. Today I walked in with questions. Instead of listening she kept cutting me off.... Im so angry I can’t put together the appropriate words to explain what just happened. JUST DONT MOVE HERE!!! It’s extremely disappointing!

  Dont send your children here if you can help it. Parents and children seem to be an afterthought. The school appears to be run so that crappy teachers can have a job. I couldn't get my son out of here fast enough.
